Billings Mustangs 2 Great Falls Voyagers 1

After a great day in Yellowstone and an incredible drive up and down a mountain range, we arrived to the game about 75 minutes late. No big deal, we thought. We'll get to the game in the 4th inning. Unfortunately, it was a super quick game and it was already the bottom of the 6th by the time we got there. And we missed most of the ZOOperstars show! We did get to see Harry Canary though.

By the time I got some food, it was already the bottom of the 7th. That's how quick the game was. The Voyagers had a 1-0 lead. In the bottom of the 7th, the Mustangs tied it. In the bottom of the 8th, they took the lead with a home run.

In the top of the 9th, I was rooting for the Voyagers to tie the game so I could get more baseball. Unfortunately, they couldn't do it. I saw about two innings worth. Oh well. In the time, I was there I saw some entertaining baseball and some great defense.

I like the Mustangs logo - too bad they didn't have it on any shirt that was halfway decent. Why do most minor league teams have such bad merchandise to buy?
Erik almost tied my Speed Pitch score of 56 MPH that I notched in Idaho Falls. I didn't throw again since I almost destroyed my arm in attaining that 56. I wasn't going to mess with throwing again unless I was beaten.

The day's movie.
